In my 3+ decades working in the asset, project and operational leadership space, I’ve encountered many organisations who lacked the corporate structure to justify Asset Management, Project Management and Procurement Services positions on a full time basis.
Unfortunately this usually meant that business improvement stalled, budgets were left unspent, and profitable opportunities were missed.
